A Miniseries
The Basics & Beginnings session for April is full, but May is now open for registration!
What is Basics & Beginnings?
This mini series covers the basics of throwing, trimming, and glazing. A perfect option for anyone who has tried out & enjoyed a one-time workshop- it's a mini semester class that covers the full pottery process.
Cost: $280
This includes instruction, materials, glaze and firings. It does not include outside practice time.
Duration: Four sessions
April - on Sundays from 10:30-12:30
The first class is April 5th, running through April 26th.
May - on Saturdays from 10:30-12:30
The first class is May 2nd, running through May 23rd.
**Please note that there will only be one B&B running at a time during these sessions, so no makeup classes will be available. If you are not certain that you'll be able to attend all four sessions, please wait to register for a time in the future when you can be sure!
Age Range: 16+
Structure:
Class 1: Wheel Throwing
Class 2: Wheel Throwing
Class 3: Trimming
Class 4: Glazing & Decorating
Pots and Pick Up After Class
Indigo Fire will take two weeks to complete the second firing after the glazing class. Finished pots are stored for 3 months from the date of the final class session. Forgotten pots are cleared out after this window.​
