Class size - 9 students

Two instructors

Wheel thrown pots will have focus on functional pottery. Handbuilt projects will be more exploratory and sculptural.

Tools will be provided

Participants have access to our 5 different stoneware clay bodies as well as porcelain.

Finished pots are microwave, dishwasher and food safe.

Lunch from 11:30-12:00pm

Optional, independent practice time 2:30-4pm each day.

Indigo Fire will retain a $70 admin fee for all cancellations. Cancellations that occur more than a week ahead of the program start date will receive a refund. Cancellations that occur less than a week ahead of the program start date will only be refunded if we are able to replace the seat.

Like our summer kids program, this class is designed for teenagers that already have a demonstrated interest in ceramics. If a teen wants to go home because they aren't engaged by clay we will ask that they be picked up. This is not grounds for any type of refund.
