Hoping to draw on the group experience here. There are three glaze combos I really like when they turn out just right, but I can't figure out how to get that 'just right' consistently. I understand some variables are uncontrollable, but I'm hoping there are some application tips and tricks I can. The combos are: Amber crackle over zerg. I like it best when it has a lot of purple and a lot of opaque light blue and variation, less when it comes out mostly a dark translucent purple-y brown. Archon Blue over thermal yellow - trying to get that clear bright green, but sometimes there are blue cloudy areas and more yellow bits. Gloss black over alarak red. What I'm aiming for is a dark red covered in a lot of little black dots, very like the test tile, with a smooth surface texture. I've gotten lots of variations from this combo. Anyone have thoughts? Have good luck getting these results consistently?

Does anyone have thoughts on why egg over dehaka purple would crawl like this? Both were poured in and immediately out.

I think I lost my ring there yesterday. It's an Oura smart ring - looks like a plain but chunky silver band, with electronics on the inside of the band. If anyone sees it, could you put it in the lost and found or at the desk? I'll be in sometime this weekend. Thanks!

I threw two bowls yesterday that I left uncovered because I was planning to go back tonight, but now I'm not feeling well. If someone sees this and is able to put some plastic over them, I'd greatly appreciate it. My shelf is in the corner by the underglaze, third up on the opposite side of that aisle, with name tag.

Hi all! I'm heading out of town, and I meant to stop by the studio first to uncover my pots, but I'm not going to be able to. If someone could, that would be amazing (though they'll be fine of course if not). My shelf is the bottom most one against the back wall, next to the underglaze and the trash can.

Do you think it's possible to cut a pie plate or large serving plate off the bat with wiggle wire? Maybe wait until it's not-quite-leather-hard, and then flip onto a foam bat immediately after cutting it off? (I mean obviously it's possible to cut it with wiggle wire, but you know, then getting it off intact)
